Mayor's Community Christmas Luncheon Tickets Now on Sale

The Mayor’s Community Christmas Luncheon will bring Christmas cheer to the South Burnett on Friday 5 December 2025 at the Kingaroy Town Hall, with tickets now on sale for $30. This is an important fundraiser for the South Burnett with all proceeds supporting local families in need this Christmas.

Mayor Kathy Duff encourages South Burnett locals to purchase a ticket and be part of a wonderful cause that uplifts our community and provides support for families facing hardships.

“Join us for a festive lunch and embrace the spirit of Christmas, your support will help bring joy and a little extra cheer to families in need,” said Mayor Duff.
The Mayor’s Community Christmas Luncheon will welcome guest speaker Sonia McMahon from Crow FM and some of the crew from Rockin Our Abilities. There will be entertainment from Friends of the Shed as well as raffles with a variety of prizes generously donated by local South Burnett businesses.

This year’s major sponsors include Peries IGA, Queensland Country Women’s Association, SunPork and South Burnett Regional Council.
