116th Nanango Show – A Celebration of Country Life

Get ready for an action-packed weekend as the 116th Nanango Show returns on Saturday, 12th April 2025! Hosted by the Nanango Agricultural, Pastoral & Mining Society Inc., this much-anticipated event brings together all the best elements of a true country show—thrilling competitions, exciting entertainment, and a vibrant community atmosphere.

A Classic Country Show with Something for Everyone

This year’s show promises a full schedule of traditional and new attractions, including:
✅ Pavilion & Trade Displays – Showcasing local talent, crafts, and produce.
✅ Livestock & Horse Events – Featuring competitive horse events, stud beef judging, and the Prime Cattle Judging.
✅ Wood Chopping & Chainsawing – A crowd-favourite event showcasing incredible strength and skill.
✅ Trotting Races – Catch the thrilling main trotting finals at 6:30pm.
✅ Rodeo & Barrel Racing – High-energy rodeo action, including barrel racing and bull riding.
✅ Side Show Alley & Family Fun – Attractions include Viv’s Animal Farm, Dinkum Dinosaurs, Comedy Duck Races, and Professor Wallace’s Puppets.
✅ Spectacular Fireworks Show – Lighting up the Nanango sky at 8:00pm.
✅ Live Entertainment – Enjoy music from "Mr Q" after the fireworks.

Competitions & Awards

The Nanango Show is also proud to host the 2025 Showgirl Quest and Rural Ambassador Award, celebrating the passion and leadership of young people in the agricultural sector. Winners will receive a $250 cash prize and the opportunity to compete at state and national levels.
