Step into a world of creativity and community at the annual Queensland Winter Craft Festival, hosted by the Kingaroy Regional Art Gallery. Running from June 1 to July 28, this festival transforms the gallery into a celebration of handmade artistry, regional talent, and hands-on learning.

Explore a jam-packed program of interactive workshops, where you can try your hand at clay sculpting, macramé, printmaking, fabric painting, kokedama and more—guided by experienced artists from across the region. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced maker, there’s something inspiring (and fun!) for everyone.

Don’t miss the stunning exhibitions, including “Mountains to Sea” by the Pine Rivers Potters, and take a self-guided tour through the beloved Quilt Trail, where local quilting masterpieces are displayed throughout town.
